The location was good and absolutely perfect for what we needed. The staff was knowledgeable, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner.

Really enjoyed the location very close to bus to airpor. The room was trendy with breakfast when I arrived.

I found everything modern, would recommend it to anyone. The property was original with very friendly efficient and delightfully helpful staff on check-out, I enjoyed the stay.

Very good breakfast with lots of options, luxury and fairly clean place. Terrific service, parking on site. Smooth check-in. Magnificent and perfect location, easy to get transport to nearby Heathrow airport.

Would recommend to anyone to stay here. The double room is soundproof, we also thoroughly enjoyed great views. The positives include easy location and parking onsite. The hotel is in a very comfortable area.  

Altogether a reasonably priced great modern hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with WiFi, an electric kettle, and an extra bed. Magnificent location in a wonderful area very close to bus stop and airport, and Heathrow airport / runway. 

The rooms where stylish, lovely modern, came with a great strong water flow tropical shower, 2 single beds plus storage space. The most important was the stuff - professional and competent people.

It made our trip to Hayes a relaxing experience. That hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms were fashionable and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Favourable and unbeatable location easy to get around good location free buses 

The stay here was absolutely amazing with good customer service. Recently upgraded double room and the bed was very comfy. The location was amazing and the staff members were knowledgeable.

5 minutes' drive to the airport. Smooth check-in, late check-out, knowledgeable staff. A decent size and recently upgraded rooms with the bathroom, a very comfortable bed and hot tub, magnificent location.  

Simply no reason to complain, thoroughly enjoyable stay. Spotlessly clean and beautifuly designed place, marvellous breakfast with variety of options. Had double room with nice shower, a lovely bathroom, for instance. Early check-in and 

The double room was brand-new and great-sized. I had a very clean bed, and an iron and a carpet. The location turned out to be comfortable, really close to common areas, transport and normal buses.

Amazing breakfast with a banana and hash browns and half hot food, worth to decide on it.
